My wife had a puncture on way to Brighton Marathon, completely flat. Not being local or with my wife at the time, I reached out to Ramzy at Alpha Tyres via WhatsApp and they were able to change the tyre before my wife even finished her race and returned to the car. Thanks to Alpha Tyres and Ian for saving us last night on the M23 after my tyre burst in the middle of the motorway. They came within half an hour as promised to replace the tyre and get us back on the road. Ian was very friendly and let us sit in his warm van as it was wet and cold outside.
